John McCain in Concord, NH

I only have one picture of McCain, because he spoke in the middle of a big crowd in front of the capitol building and wasn't elevated at all, so I was shooting between people's heads.

Here you have a situation where you have no clear view of the guy, you're completely hosed as far as doing real photography is concerned, and you still manage to come away with a picture that really captures the moment.

How do you do it, exactly?
